Anthony Brown represents the 38th District. The 38th covers areas in both Douglas and Johnson counties, as well as the following towns:
Cities: Eudora, DeSoto, and parts of Lawrence, Olathe, Shawnee, and Lenexa.
Townships: Eudora, Grant, Wakarusa, Lexington
